IVS Anti-Harassment Policy
Introduction
To make IVS a safe and comfortable place for everyone involved, we clearly reject all forms of harassment. Harassment can sometimes occur unintentionally. That is why it is important for everyone to adopt a mindset of consciously respecting others. This policy aims to clarify minimum guidelines and serve as a foundation for all participants to create a mutually comfortable environment.
Basic Principles
All people participating in IVS (including speakers, attendees, staff, sponsors, media, and partner companies) are expected to agree to and act in accordance with the following principles:
Create an environment where everyone can feel safe.
Do not engage in harassment (including bullying, discrimination, or intimidating behavior).
Listen respectfully to others' positions, values, and opinions.
Even when challenging discussions or ideas, do not forget mutual respect.
