We have meeting booths available for participants to network, negotiate, and hold meetings with each other.

4-person rooms: 3 rooms / 2-person rooms: 4 rooms

*Because these booths are partitioned with simple panels, there is no soundproofing or sound isolation. They are not suitable for highly confidential meetings.


[Eligibility for Use]

Meetings between participants who have networked or matched within the event *Please refrain from using the booths for solo work or for meetings involving only participants from the same company.


[How to Use]

Please make a reservation on the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis at the Work Booth Reception. Hours of use: 10:00–18:00 (hourly basis)


[Usage Precautions]

  • If there is availability, multiple uses are permitted.

  • Consecutive extended use is not allowed.

  • Please vacate the booth promptly when your end time arrives.

  • Please manage your valuables yourself. The organizer cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, etc.

The map and session information for IVS CORE will be released sequentially. During the event, Guest Connectors wearing armbands will be stationed throughout the venue to support interaction among participants. They will actively connect decision-makers based on their attributes and areas of interest, so please feel free to approach them. We will also host networking lunches on both days.
