The lounge at Hotel Okura Kyoto becomes a seamless extension of your business setting. Between sessions, conversations begin in the lounge and naturally develop into meetings and discussions. The calm, refined hotel atmosphere helps take conversations to a deeper level.
TWO VENUE ACCESS
Experience both CORE and IVS
With a CORE PASS, you can also access all IVS programs at Miyakomesse and ROHM Theatre Kyoto. An intimate space of 1,500 people and the energy of 10,000—only CORE participants can move between both.
You can participate in IVS CORE with two types of passes.
Both are available only to those who are invited by the organizers or who have passed screening.
A screening-based pass exclusively for decision-makers and executives.
After registration, we will review your application and send you an invitation.

I haven't been invited, but can I participate?
A
IVS CORE is strictly by invitation only, so if you do not have an invitation from the organizer, you cannot apply directly. If you register on the waiting list, we will give you priority notice when spots become available or additional invitations are issued.

Can I participate in CORE with an IVS Pass (regular pass)?
A
With an IVS Pass (standard pass), you cannot enter the CORE area. To participate in CORE, a CORE Pass or CORE Pass Startup is required. Please note that holders of a CORE Pass can also enter the IVS2026 main venue.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
A
We do not accept cancellations or refunds for customer-related reasons. However, if participation is declined at the organizer’s discretion, a full refund will be provided.

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?
A
CORE Pass is non-transferable. It is valid only for the holder.

Is payment by invoice possible?
A
Yes, we can issue invoices. Please let us know during the purchase process.
