① Pre-registration
For the purpose of preparing available slots, if you would like same-day childcare at this time, please enter your preferred date and your child’s information in the application form provided via our official LINE account.
This reservation is not yet a formal reservation. It will become a formal reservation once you complete the reservation form that will be sent to you individually in advance at a later date.
② Notice of the official start of applications
We will send the reservation form first to those who have pre-registered, and then make the reservation form public.
Your reservation will be officially confirmed upon receiving a follow-up message from our staff at a later date.
③ Reservation Confirmation Notice
Our staff will contact you via LINE with your reservation confirmation and detailed information. Please check what to bring and the schedule for the day.

② Head to the event with peace of mind
Feel free to enjoy the sessions and networking.
③ Pick-up & Check-out

We have web cameras installed, and you can check on your child in real time from your smartphone.

What's Josan-she's
We operate "Josanshi's," a safe and reliable postpartum care service provided by certified professionals who support the front lines of pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare—including midwives, nurses, and childcare workers. We offer a range of prenatal and postnatal services, such as infant babysitting for very young babies, operation of postpartum care facilities commissioned by local governments, and specialized staffing services for maternity hospitals.
After first providing event childcare at IVS in 2024 and continuing in 2025, we have been officially commissioned by IVS and will independently manage event childcare in 2026.
We provide attentive care by experienced, qualified professionals.
We create an environment where children can be safely entrusted to us from 0 years old.
Because our sitting services are provided by qualified professionals (a midwife, nurse, or childcare worker), we can care for children from immediately after birth up to preschool age.
Josan-she’s sitting service is a reliable service with a very high customer satisfaction rating of 4.92 out of 5 from our users.
