Discover your challenges
and future.
The third floor is "NEXT CITY," a remarkable new project. This zone was created to give birth to the next generation. Until now, IVS has been an "invitation-only" zone. However, NEXT CITY is open to anyone who has purchased a NEXT Pass. This zone is for all those who are interested in starting a business, startups, and new businesses. How to start a business in this era? What are the challenges of the future society? This is a zone designed to bring forth the next generation.
Divided into five stages and four areas, it is exactly like a town in search of the future. The right half is the CRYPTO-related area, and visitors can come and go as they please. Each stage and area has a concept, interesting sessions and pitches. Communication bars are scattered right next to the stages, where speakers and participants can talk with each other. There are also booths for partners and the community, making this a zone of discovery and insight for those who are looking to start a business or accomplish a new venture.

If you go here, you can imagine the future of Japan and know why startups are in demand now. This is the largest session venue at NEXT CITY. We plan to focus on startups and business creation, focusing on what and who should be paid attention to now, and on topics that have the potential to change the future and are noteworthy. Let's create the future together from this stage.

Here, you can learn about the "present and future" of startup challengers. The present and future of startups. Day 1 is a session on the current state of startups and the global market, Day 2 is a "VC Pitch" where VCs, who are usually the ones who listen to pitches, conversely pitch to the reserve army of entrepreneurs, and Day 3 is an area that is sure to be a highlight, with open innovation pitches and the now hot generative AI pitch by a Taiwanese startup. DAY3 will be an area of absolute ex

This is the place to go to solve all your problems about starting a business. The keyword of this area is dedicated to the very idea of starting a business. The area consists of a stage and eight booths, where visitors can learn about the various elements of starting a business. The booths also feature Incubation Communities from all over Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south. In addition, VC booths and other booths will be available to discuss business and funding opportuni

Here, you will find the seeds of entrepreneurship and the technologies that will provide the means to solve social problems. This area aims to discover social issues such as mental health, energy, wellbeing, diversity, AI, etc., which are the origins of startups and the seeds of entrepreneurship, such as what the world should look like in the future. There is also an area for exhibiting technology. Let's discover together what social issues should be solved by technology in the future.

If you go here, you can connect with your peers and get your own solution. The START Stage will feature a number of concrete workshops that will "wake people up. Day 1 will focus on business ideas starting from "questions," art, and sessions by female entrepreneurs to take the first step toward creating a new world; Day 2 will feature a number of workshops for engineers; Day 3 will be an accelerator; and Day 4 will be a workshop for entrepreneurs to develop their ideas and businesses. Day 2 wil

Many BARs where you can connect, talk, and meet people are appearing! Mini-bars are present throughout NEXT CITY. Many of them are located next to the session stages. After the sessions are over, you can relax and talk with the participants, including the speakers. There are more than 5 bars in the venue, so please stop by.

Accelerate your business.

The basement level is the "PRO BASE" zone for executives and investors,
and is reserved for PRO Pass and VIP Pass holders.
This floor is for PRO Pass and VIP Pass holders only. There are four IVS stages, three CRYPTO stages, and a networking lounge. In addition, there is a networking lounge. In the lounge, there is a table staffed by each VC, and you can feel free to talk with them about your business management needs.

IVS session stage where many dramas were born The IVS stage is where managers and investors gather and share deep and intense time with each other. Over the past 10 years, many insights have been shared and presented at this stage. We share issues for business growth and hard things in management. In addition, there are various stages and workshops filled with hints to accelerate the management of startups, such as sharing about business growth from an investor's point of view.

Lounge where you can consult with VCs about your business as well as networking. A lounge will be set up for PRO Pass holders, executives, and investors to gather. Through networking, new connections will be created. In addition, many venture capitalists will set up a dedicated table, and a "VC Table" project will be implemented, where they can casually discuss their businesses. We also plan to provide a networking and recruiting service.

Snack bar appears in IVS? Comfortable time to connect people. Amidst the hustle and bustle of Akasaka, Tokyo, there is a members-only snack bar where startup challengers always meet for a nightly drink. The name of the place is exactly "Snack," and it really is a place to be. This time, we plan to create a snack bar in the corner of the PRO BASE LOUNGE at IVS Kyoto, where many people can talk and connect with each other. Alcoholic beverages are not to be served to those under 20 years of age.

This is the village where the adventure begins. Don't miss the common zone.
After entering the main venue "Miyakomesse" and completing on-boarding, visitors will find themselves in the "VILLAGE" zone. This is the beginning of the adventure for visitors. This zone is open to all pass holders and is mainly lined with food and beverage booths. In addition, there is an area where contents are presented in the context of "Kyoto" and "startups," and an area where many HR-related companies will gather in order to increase the number of people involved in startups. There are many contents that you should not miss, such as the area where contents will be presented in the context of "Kyoto" and "startups," and "HR Yokocho," a hot area where many HR-related companies will gather to increase the number of startup-related people.

If you are lost on your trip, come here. This vast venue. Adventures sometimes get lost. Which sessions will there be? What side events will there be? Please feel free to ask us about such content concerns. Volunteers will be on hand to help. Networking services will also be available in the schedule.

Business creation from Kyoto to the world. The "manufacturing" industry, numerous academies and research institutes, and the traditional culture rooted in the area.
